Colorado’s Waterways with Advanced Water Recycling
OUR PROCESS
1
Site Plan
Before starting any job, we assess the site to identify storm drains, runoff risks, and areas requiring containment. This detailed planning enables us to identify areas where water reclamation is required in order to comply with EPA regulations and protect local waterways.
2
Containment
To prevent wastewater from entering storm drains or sensitive areas, we deploy specialized containment systems like berms and drain covers. This step is critical to keeping contaminants, debris, and oils from harming the environment. Our containment measures are tailored to meet the unique challenges of each site.
3
Recovery
Using state-of-the-art vacuum systems and pumps, we recover the dirty water generated during the cleaning process. This step collects the dirty wash water containing oils, grease, and debris from surfaces while ensuring that no wastewater escapes into nearby drains.
4
Recycling & Disposal
The recovered water is processed through our industrial-grade mobile water filtration system to remove contaminants, allowing us to reuse it for additional cleaning. Any water that can’t be recycled is disposed of responsibly. This approach minimizes waste, conserves resources, and protects the environment.
The dangers of overlooking compliance
Ignoring proper water management during pressure washing isn’t just harmful to the environment—it can be costly! The Clean Water Act prohibits hazardous wash-water discharge into storm drains, which lead directly to rivers, lakes, and other natural waterways.
Violations of this act can result in fines of up to $50,000 PER DAY for both contractors and property owners.

To protect both your property and the environment, Colorado Springs Pressure Washing, LLC follows best management practices (BMPs) at every job. Using a “closed-loop, zero discharge system,” when required. We are able to recover and recycle water on-site with industrial-grade filtration systems. This ensures contaminants are removed and water is reused wherever required.
Your Assurance of Compliance
When you hire us, you can trust that we adhere to all EPA guidelines and Colorado stormwater laws. For added peace of mind, we are able to provide you with documentation of our environmentally compliant methods through a professional Pollution Prevention Certificate drafted for your specific project. This serves as written proof that your project was completed safely, responsibly, and in compliance with the Clean Water Act.
